What does Ex-demo mean? Ex-demo or Ex-display items are products that have been part of our demonstration stock, used either in-store or occasionally for home trials. After their usual 10-20 hours of initial use, they are typically displayed in our showroom in Asby-de-la-Zouch. These listings feature ex-demonstration units at a discounted price and may show slight cosmetic imperfections. Some products include photos of the actual units; if not, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to provide them.
All items come with a minimum 1-year warranty, and depending on the product, may also include the manufacturer’s full warranty.
