Building upon the legacy of the acclaimed flagship Mission 770, which marked Mission's resurgence in UK-based manufacturing, and more recently, the Mission 700, the newly introduced Mission 750 extends the award-winning 'modern-classic' design into a distinct price range and category.

Key Features:

  • Two-way Standmount Speakers
  • 1 x 5.25" (135mm) mineral loaded polypropylene cone
  • 1 x 1.25" (28mm) Soft Dome
  • Walnut or Black Oak real wood veneer with white bafe finish

In response to strong demand for the distinctive design of the '700 series', inspired by Mission's original and influential 700 series, the Mission 750 has been created. This new model incorporates technology and performance features from the highly praised 770 and 700 models, but in a more compact stand-mount or bookshelf design. Unlike the 770 and 700, which are modern innovations building on their predecessors, the Mission 750 introduces a wholly new concept, tailored to market segments and budgets below those of its larger series counterparts. Despite its intricate development, the Mission 750 benefits from leveraging innovations from its award-winning predecessors, resulting in a technically advanced yet classically styled loudspeaker.

Measuring a compact 355mm (h) x 216mm (w) x 270mm (d), the Mission 750's cabinet is ideal for bookshelf applications. It maintains the rigorous design and build standard of the Mission 700, featuring multi-layer sandwich construction, specially developed acoustic damping adhesive, and a custom internal bracing structure. A foam and long-hair fiber lining aid internal resonance control, while custom-profiled rear reflex ports enhance bass extension beyond expectations for such a compact cabinet. The recognizable white front baffle and Mission logo, along with black or walnut real-wood veneer, provide a familiar aesthetic suitable for smaller spaces.

Continuing Mission's proprietary Inverted Geometry Design (IDG), pivotal since the original 700 series, the Mission 750 positions the treble unit below the bass/midrange driver for balanced sound path length and improved time alignment at listener head height. This design requires meticulous calculations and artisan-quality crossover design to achieve optimal positioning, spacing, and alignment. The Mission 750 employs a newly developed 5.25” polypropylene bass/midrange driver and motor system designed specifically for this model, enhancing power handling and dynamic requirements while maintaining extended response and low coloration characteristic of the 700 series.

High-frequency reproduction utilizes a 28mm lightweight coated microfiber dome, similar to the Mission 700, placed below the bass/midrange driver for matched performance with the flagship 770 model. An internally damped rear chamber enhances resonance control, extends bandwidth, and ensures smooth treble performance. From concept to delivery, Mission applies an uncompromising workflow and standard, involving extensive listening tests and custom-designed computer-aided optimization technology to fine-tune the crossover and driver selection for seamless loudspeaker system cohesion.

The Mission 750 represents a new classic in its own right, offering thrilling detail and musicality that surpasses the acclaimed performance level set by the original Mission 700 series.
